The hotel was great, very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and the staff were super friendly, just like those nice Texans in Amarillo. We've stayed here three times now, and we'll definitely keep coming back. The breakfast had a good variety, though the wine during happy hour was a bit cheap, could've been better. 🏨

we just stayed at drury inn & suites and had a fantastic time. the overall facility was lovely, with a great lobby and breakfast area. our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and we appreciated the local décor. the location was perfect for exploring the area, and we especially enjoyed the gathering/lounge area near the elevators on our floor. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were impressed with the complementary dinner and adult beverages. the amicable older hostess who checked us in deserves special recognition.

The room bordered on spectacular with plenty of room to stretch out and two televisions; we had a suite. It was just what we needed. We had already brought our own wine, so we kicked off our shoes, turned on the game, and just let it all drain away. The bathrooms were large and very clean, which felt fresh.

The terrace that is described has no chairs and is tiny, so we weren’t able to utilize it. , the railing was loose.

The views of the mountains from my suite at The Drury Plaza Hotel were absolutely breathtaking. I also had a heartwarming interaction with the front desk staff during a storm. Despite the power outage, the compassionate and kind front desk attendant went out of her way to ensure my elderly parents were safe and comfortable. It was a thoughtful touch that truly left a lasting impression.

During the power outage, the manager did not allow guests to use the 30+ flashlights available, leaving the rooms very dark.
